An abstract artwork depicting the fundamental building block of the universe. Inspired by Brian Greene’s The Elegant Universe — a book explaining some of the basics of particle physics to laypeople. The world of particle physics and the underlying principles to which it adheres has always fascinated me, and I tried to put some of my appreciate of that microscopic elegance in a visual form. Software used includes 3D Studio Max for modeling/lighting/materials/texturing, V-Ray for rendering, and Photoshop for compositing and post-processing. This work was made as a personal project.
